These terms and conditions form the agreement between Spanish in Sydney and the student. It is the student’s responsibility to fully read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions prior to enrolling and payment of fees. Payment of fees for any of the courses confirms and verifies that the student has a full understanding of all terms and condition and willingly accepts all terms.
Individual and group classes
The schedule of our monthly lessons will be established before the start of the course.
Proof of payment must be received (minimum of 48hours) before the commencement of the course/class.
Reasonable notice must be given (minimum of 24 hours) to Spanish in Sydney if students are unable to attend class.
In group classes, if one of the students cannot attend, the lesson will proceed with the other student/s.
Missing classes cannot be refunded. Spanish in Sydney is not responsible for students missing lessons due to sickness, holidays or any unforseen circumstances outside of our control. If fees are not received on time, the slot will be allocated to another student.
In the event that individual students request a class to be rescheduled (maximum of three lessons in a year), staff will organise a class at a later date that accommodates the student as well as the tutor.
The payment of fees implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this section.
