How to pay

- After a tutor has been allocated and a lesson is arranged for a specific day and time, we ask all our students to confirm their booking by paying for their first lesson in advance.

- All subsequent lessons must be paid to your teacher directly, on a "pay as you go" basis (specific conditions apply to HSC and IB Spanish students). 

Please feel free to discuss your payment preferences with your teacher on your first lesson.

PAYMENT METHODS

Our preferred method is an electronic transfer to our ANZ account. Alternatively, If you prefer to pay by credit card, we will send you a PayPal payment request, which accepts all credit cards (fees apply).

Cancelation policy

 

In the event of cancellation, please let your teacher know at least 48 hours in advance to enable them to reschedule their timetable. Otherwise, the full fee will apply,
